VITEEE 2019 exam is a computer based test (online test) conducted by VIT University. Candidates who want to pursue studies in VIT University must take up VITEEE and ensure they secure the required Cutoff in order to gain admission. The exam pattern for VITEEE 2019 include mode of the exam, questions and marks distribution, language/medium of the question paper, total marks, negative marking, subjects, type of questions etc., Please note that syllabus and subjects depend on the selection of paper – PCME and PCBE. The test paper will be divided into 4 sections. There is no negative marking. VITEEE applicants can take up demo/mock test to familiarise with the question pattern and the exam process.
Selection of VITEEE question paper
Candidates can either select PCME/PCBE depending on their choice of studies.
PCME- Candidates appearing in PCME (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/English) is eligible for all the B.Tech. Degree programmes, as per the VITEEE ranking
PCBE- Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology are eligible for B.Tech. Bio-engineering and B.Tech.Biotechnology programmes. They are also eligible for B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering (Spec. in Bioinformatics) and Electronics and Communication with spl. in Biomedical Engineering but after joining, registering Mathematics as bridge course is mandatory.

Mock / Demo Test :
A mock test is available to the candidates on the website . For both PCM and PCB groups. This is mainly designed to provide the candidates awareness of the procedure and to get used to the various components of the exam. The mock test will give the candidate an idea of all the features of the entrance test. It will be in the form of flash file that can be downloaded to the system and the candidate can go through the entire flash file of the demo/mock test any number of times.
Steps to take mock test:

- Click on PCM/PCB based on your preferred group
Click on the links given (depending the group preferred) to open the mock test windows here – PCM / PCB
- You will be redirected to new page
- Enter Login ID, Password and select the checkbox to agree the condition
- Click on Sign in button
