VITEEE 2019 Slot Booking (Hall Ticket Booking) will be available on or before 28.03.2019 and the Slot Booking (Hall Ticket Booking) password will be sent separately to your registered mobile number on or before 28.03.2019 . e-Admit card will be generated once once the candidate has booked his/her schedule through the Online Test Booking System. The admit card of VITEEE 2019 will indicate the e-Admit card number, photograph of the student, address of the test center, test date and time selected by the candidate. E-Admit Card – Reprint

VITEEE 2019 e-Admit card is now available to reprint. Applicants are requested to visit the official website and click on "E-Admit Card Reprint" link to generate their respective e-admit cards. Once the link is clicked, candidates will be redirected to new window, where the candidates enter their application number, password and security pin to login and gain access to reprint the admit cards.

Steps to Book Slots in VITEEE 2019

  • Visit VIT Official website
  • Click on ‘Slot Booking – Opened’
  • On the new page enter your Application number, Password and Characters
  • Click on Login

Important Instructions for Hall Ticket/ Slot Booking for VITEEE 2019

  • For Slot/Hall Ticket booking, please try with Mozila Fire Fox browser.
  • Clear all the old cookies using C-Cleaner or press F5 to refresh the webpage before your slot booking.
  • Candidates are strictly advised to give utmost care in selecting the test subjects, PCME / PCBE in VITEEE-2019. PCME (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/English) candidates are eligible for all B.Tech. programmes. PCBE (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/English) candidates are only eligible for B.Tech. Bio-stream programmes.
  • Even though you have filled the VITEEE-2019 test subject on OMR/Online, carefully choose the subject once again at the time of slot booking. The selected subjects will be not changed, under any circumstances.
  • In case of any correction or typo error on your Name / Date Of Birth / Gender etc., on your hall ticket page, please go for the slot booking first. The necessary corrections can be done at the time of counselling/ Admission. Book your slot first and proceed for VITEEE-2019 exam.
  • If Photo/Sign is not printed on your Hall Ticket, do not panic. Carry one passport size photo with one valid photo identity proof to the Exam centre without fail.
  • It is the candidates responsibility to refer the schedule and pattern of exam given on the website www.vit.ac.in. and select the Exam date / session/ Venue as per schedule, without fail. The candidates are also requested to refer the instructions given on the e-admit card / hall ticket.
  • Change on the Exam Test City / Test Cente / Exam Date / Slot / Subject (selected by you), will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  • VIT is not responsible for your system failure or any local network failure during the slot booking.
  • Date of Slot / Hall Ticket booking will be available from 28th March 2019 to 30th March 2019 on our website www.vit.ac.in.

e-Admit card

  • The e-Admit card will be auto-generated for only those candidates who book a slot using the Online Test Booking system before the last date.
  • Slots will be generated based on the information given on the application form and availability of the slot for those who have not booked the slots.
  • The e-Admit card will be made available for candidates in www.vit.ac.in. Candidate should provide the application form number and Online Test Booking password to download the e-Admit card.
  • The copy of the e-Admit card will also be emailed to the candidate.
  • Candidates must provide a valid email ID on the application form. The e-Admit card will not be despatched to candidates via post or fax.
  • Candidates should ensure that a printer is connected to their computer while printing the e-Admit card.
  • Candidates should take a print out of the e-Admit card using the print option on A4 size paper only. Please ensure that all information on the e-Admit card including photograph is clearly visible on the print out.
  • Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the test without valid e-Admit card. Candidates must not mutilate the e-Admit card or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated and received by them. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
  • The e-Admit card is an important document and it must be preserved and produced at the time of counselling / admission

Steps to download the admit card is given below

  • Login in the portal

    First step is booking the slot and then admit card can be downloaded. To book a slot, login into the portal of VIT and then enter the Application Number and Password, in the provided space

  • Test Slot Booking
    1. Next, the candidates will have to make the selection as per below list:
      1. Test Name
      2. State
      3. City
      4. Subject
      5. Date
      6. Centre Name
    2. After Login the candidate can view his/her user profile showing application number, name, DOB, gender, course. Read the same and confirm the entered data
    3. Once, the test name and state will be displayed. Next, Candidates will then have to select the Test City, Subject, Test Date, and Test Center. The available Test Centers will displayed on the screen.
    4. Now click on “Book” for reserving the slot . The candidates now need to confirm the booking by clicking on ‘Ok’ button.
    5. Click on the “Confirm” button to ensure that this is the seat that is to be booked.
  • Downloading the admit card

    Finally, when the slot is booked, you will find this option “view my e-admit card” link. Click on it and the admit card will be displayed which can be downloaded.
