UPSEE Cut off will be determined by AKTU after the results are declared. Cut off is the minimum marks required by the candidate to qualify for counselling and admission, candidates who fail to obtain the minimum cut off set by AKTU will not be eligible to gain admission through UPSEE 2019. There are many factors which are taken into consideration while determining the cut off such as Total Number of seats available, Total number of candidates who cleared the UPSEE exam etc., Also, Cut off varies depending on the category of the candidate and it comprises of opening and closing ranks of candidates belonging to different categories.
The cut-off percentage of marks in UPSEE-2019 for the merit of successful candidates is 25% (20% for SC/ST) as per UP State Government order.
