KCET Application Form 2019

Application form for KCET 2019 has been released by KEA on 1st February 2019 ,candidates can fill and submit the application form till 28th February 2019 and last date to pay application fees is 6th March 2019 (extended till 20th March 2019). Candidates who want to apply for KCET exam 2019 are required to read the eligibility criteria of KCET thoroughly and then apply for the exam. It is advised to take a printout of the application form and practice form filling so that there wouldn’t be any confusions during the actual application form filling. KCET applicants are provided with necessary help to register and fill the application form. KCET 2019 Applications for Architecture

Candidates who want to get admission to Architecture course but not registered through online for KCET 2019 are advised by KEA to apply through the appropriate link on official website. The facility will be available from 14th May 2019 (from 4:00 PM) to 18th May 2019 (up to 5:30 PM). The candidates must pay the required registration fee to get registered.

KCET 2019 QE marks Submission

Candidates belonging to other than Karnataka State Board (CBSE, CISCE, 10+2 etc) who have passed 12th standard examination must enter their marks details at the given link for Online submission of QE marks for CBSE, CISCE, Other State 10+2 . The facility will be active from 3rd May 2019 at 2:00 PM 15th May 2019 upto 5:30 PM

Update on KCET Exam Fee Payment

Students who have not paid fee for CET-2019 can pay the fee on or before 20th April in the form of DD to be submitted to KEA, Bangalore.

Final Chance for Correction/Editing of KCET Online Application

A final correction/editing facility for KCET applications will be enabled from 30th March 2019 (11:00 AM) to 1st April 2019 (5:30 PM).

KCET 2019 Admission to Naturopathy and Yoga System courses

Government of India in their letter to State Government has directed that NEET ranking is not mandatory for admission to Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yoga System courses. Therefore, KEA has decided to conduct CET for the above mentioned course and to get eligibility for the admission to these courses, candidates must attend CET-2019.

In case, if any candidate has not applied for CET-2019, they can do so from 22nd March to 27th March 2019 and pay the prescribed fees on or before 29th March 2019.

The entire Online Application form process can be completed in 2 phases:

Phase I : Candidates will fill the details and can edit the data any number of times and also can take the draft printouts before selecting the declaration.

Phase II : The candidates have to select the declaration after confirming themselves that there are no changes to be incorporated or all the entries made by them in the online application are correct.

Once the declaration is done there is no provision to change / edit / delete / add any information to the entries already made by the candidates.

Step 1: Online Registration

  • Visit the KCET 2019 Official website
  • Click on CET-2019, you will be redirected to new page
  • Find the link CET-2019 - Online Application Link and click on it
  • Or you can directly click on Registration link here
  • Read the instructions given
  • Click on "New User? Click here to Register."
  • Read the instructions and click on "Proceed to Apply Online", you will be directed to Registration form window.
  • Select your Citizenship, enter Student No. if you are appearing for 2nd PUC exam for 2019 and click on Submit button.

  • Candidates who are appearing Karnataka 2nd PUC Annual Examination 2019 needs to click on radio button Yes and he need to enter his Student Number and click on Submit button for the candidate’s basic data from our server. Anyhow candidate may edit this information if there are any corrections in the data displayed in the form.
  • Click on No button if you are appearing other than Karnataka PU Board Examination like (CBSC or ICSC).
  • Enter Personal Details, Academic details, Guardian details, mail address, security questions, etc. appropriately (all fields are mandatory)

  • Click on the "Submit" button.
Note
  1. After successful registration, the candidate will get a “Registration Successful” message with User Id and Application number to his/her Mobile number provided during registration.
  2. Candidates are required to make a note of their User Id and Application number for further CET process.

Step 2: Fill Details: After successful registration the candidate / user will be directed to Login page.

    Enter User ID, Password, and security code then click on "Login" button.

  • The candidate will be directed to new page where he/she has to provide academic details
  • In this form, there are tabs namely Student Information, Study Details, Photo & Signature Upload, Declaration, Challan, Payment status, Save as draft and Print Application.
    Note

    Before logging out user/candidate has to click on “save as draft” button without fail. Whenever, user/candidate logs in again, the previously entered and saved data will be available.

  • Click on the "Save & Next" button after entering all the relevant information from tab to tab

Step 3: Upload Images

It is advised that candidates must have scanned copies of Student's Photograph, Signature and Left Hand Thumb Impression and Parents Signature or Left Hand Thumb Impression.

  1. The candidate has to upload a scanned passport size colour photograph with a white background, signature, and thumb impression.

  3. Before clicking on submit button in declaration tab, please read the instructions given in the how to apply carefully and make sure that all the details entered are correct to the belief and knowledge of user/candidate.
  4. If the user/candidate is willing to make any changes in his/her application, he/she is advised to do so before declaration. No modification is allowed in the application after Declaration.
  5. If the user/candidate is sure about the details entered by him/her is correct and feels no changes are required, and then he/she can select the Check box and click on the Submit button. This will be the final submission.
  6. Note

    No modification is allowed in the application once Declaration is complete.

Step 4: Fee Payment

After clicking on the Submit button, in the Declaration window, the candidate will be directed to the Challan tab where he/she can download the Challan by selecting the bank.

  1. Download the e-challan and then deposit fee after payment.
  2. After confirming the fee payment, Click on the "Print Final Application" and take a print of it.
  3. Candidates are advised to have a hard copy for further use.

Payment mode: Demand Draft drawn in favour of Comptroller of the respective University.

The test fee amount shall be paid at the respective Practical Test Centre on the day of verification of documents in the form of Demand Draft.

KCET 2019 Application Form Correction

The provision for corrections in the application form was to be opened from 19th March to 25th March 2019 but as the application form submission has been extended, the candidates who have paid fees can edit/correct their application from 21st March (after 5:30 PM) to 25th March 2019 (upto 5:30 PM).

  1. Visit the KCET 2019 Official Website and click "Edit Online Application CET" link.
  2. Enter the appropriate User ID and Password and then click the "Submit" button.
  3. Visit payment status tab and click on "Click here to edit Application"link.
  4. Make the appropriate changes in the KCET 2019 Application Form if required and select the "Declaration" checkbox. Press on "Submit" button.
  5. Take the printout of the application form after modification for further perusal.

KCET 2019 Forgot Password?

If the candidate has forgotten the password then he/she can reset the password by following the below steps.

  1. If the candidate/user forgets the Password, by clicking the "Forgot Password?" Link he/she can create a new Password by entering the following details User Id, Application Number, Secret Question, answer and enter the security code and finally click on submit.
  2. Then the user/candidate will be directed to a new window “Create Password”. Enter User-Id, Application number, New password, enter the new password in the confirm new password field. Finally click on Change password button.
  3. Once the user/candidate clicks Change Password the password will be changed as per user/candidate’s given credential and can Log In with his/her New Password.
